[ENVEX 2018] Royal Precision Industry, introduces a centrifugal dehydrator of solid design

Royal Precision Industry participated in ‘the 40th International exhibition on environmental technology & green energy(hereinafter referred to as “ENVEX 2018”)’ held at COEX from May 30th(Wed.) to June 1st(Fri.) and showed a centrifugal dehydrator.

A centrifugal dehydrator is installed in sewage treatment plants, wastewater treatment plants and livestock manure treatment plants, and takes care the final stage of sludge treatment. This product has solid design minimizing foreign matter inflow, and shows stable appearance. It was designed for easy maintenance and inspection by separating both sides of the rotating shaft and the intermediate rotating body, which improved the usability and safety.

When sludge is inserted through the inlet port, it is separated into water and solid matters by turning force of a bowl and the separated solid matters are transferred by internal screws of the bowl, then discharged to the outside through a discharge cap. The separated water from the solid matters is countercurrently discharged through the internal screws to the opposite direction.

Kim Wontae, a department head of Royal precision industry said, “Royal precision industry is a leading company specialized in manufacturing centrifugal dehydrators which process sludge contained in water treatment field, that is, sewage, wastewater and food waste for almost 30 years,” and “over 1,200 units of our products have been supplied to 300 sewage treatment plants out of 400 nationally and its function has been acknowledged.”

Meanwhile, ENVEX 2018 is Korea’s largest environmental industrial technology and renewable energy trade exhibition, hosted by KEPA (Korea Environmental Preservation Association), and organized by KEITI (Korea Environmental Industry & Technology Institute), KECO (Korea Environment Corporation), SLC (SUDOKWON Landfill Site Management), KEPA (Korea Environmental Preservation Association and KEIA(Korea Environmental Industry Association). The exhibition is attracting attention as the largest publicity and marketing opportunity for companies to become the leading companies in green growth.
