BUJA Roaster is a manufacturer of self-made coffee roaster that supplies coffee roasters of differentiated performance and characteristic designs that fit different roasting styles.

‘Q1.2’ presented in this exhibition is an appropriate model for cafes or educational institutions, as it shows temperature on a digital thermometer and checks roasting status through a sample package and window.

Especially, it has various conveniences such as a 7-level damper, timer, chaff supporter, etc. and discharges chaff through cyclone. It has a stainless material for 99% of the body, its fourfold insulator and the rear insulator system including the ceramic insulator. Fire can be checked through a heat-resistance glass window, operational durability has improved using GGM’s 220V motor, and cleaning is easy on this cyclone chaff case drawer type.

CEO Dae-hyeon Yoo said “We are developing BUJA Roaster Smartt that has improved Q1.2 model. A/S is more convenient and training cost for roasting is decreased as the smart models have separable designs like drawers when the core heater part breaks down. We plan to strengthen marketing through collaboration with franchises that will use Korean coffee roasters or companies that export to foreign countries such as Thailand and China.”.
