[2018 COEX Food Week Video] Japanese Pavilion, Shizuoka Prefecture’s delicious processed products are actively introduced

The ‘2018 COEX Food Week’ (13th Seoul International Food Industry Exhibition) will be held from November 28th (Wed) to Dec.1st (Sat) for 4 days at the COEX, Samseong-dong. Famous products from Shizuoka Prefecture were introduced.

The Japanese Pavilion, which has been constantly participating in Food Week for three years, participated in four booths, and the famous wasabi, soy sauce, and tare sauce makers in Shizuoka Prefecture met with visitors. “Shizuoka Prefecture is located close to Tokyo and is located in the center of Japan,” Yasuhiro Nohara, head of the Shizuoka Prefectural Office in Shizuoka Prefecture, said, “The number of agricultural and marine products produced here is over 500, making it the No.1 in Japan.”

“I hope that visitors will find out the delicious products of Shizuoka through tasting and tasting,” he said. “I would like to introduce a variety of Shizuoka products to the Korean market.”

Meanwhile, the “2018 COEX Food Week (the 13th Seoul International Food Industry Exhibition)” is Korea’s largest food exhibition where you can see the latest food trends at home and abroad. During the exhibition, large retailers such as E-Mart, Lotte Mart, GS25, Shinsegae Food, CJ Freshway, and other domestic and foreign buyers will hold a business match consultative meeting. It is also going to run variety of special programs such as HACCP KOREA for food industry workers, ‘2018 Korea Food Technology Conference’ and ‘Seoul Cold Chain Forum’ for future of the food industry.
