Crutec introduced its dust removing equipment Dust Zero that removes up to 98% of dust powder from crushing recycled plastic at the 25th Korea International Plastics & Rubber Show (KOPLAS 2019) that runs Mar. 12-16 in KINTEX 1.
In general, when injection molding is performed without separating the dust (powder) generated after crushing the recycled plastic, it can cause gas defects and defective black spots. Crutec is receiving attention as it introduced the first equipment to separate up to 98% of dust.
A company official said, “Although there are equipment that removes dust from other companies, the removal rate does not exceed 50%. This product removes 98%, and it can separate 70kg per hour for recycled pulverized materials and 140kg for raw materials.”
Celebrating its 25th year, KOPLAS 2019 is showcasing a wide variety of items, from plastic raw materials to molds, processing machinery, related accessories, automation solutions, printing, packaging, semi-finished products, and finished products.
