The Hanwoo (Korean Beef) Board participated in the ’13th Seoul International Food Industry Exhibition’ held in COEX, Samsung-dong, from November 28th to December 1st, .

In this event, Hanwoo Board will hold a Hanwoo bulgogi and striploin tasting party. Also, it will promote Hanwoo sushi, Hanwoo rice paper roll cooking class, Hanwoo beef display, roulette event and famous Hanwoo sites on touch screen. The board prepared a variety of Hanwoo-related events including an instant photo booth.

Hanwoo Board Chairman Min Kyung-Chul said, “We are participating in COEX Food Week, Korea’s largest food exhibition, to showcase the taste and excellence of Hanwoo, the most popular ingredient of Korean food.” We hope that it will be a chance to inform consumers and many buyers about the taste and value of Korean beef. ”

Meanwhile, ‘2018 COEX Food Week (13th Seoul International Food Industry Exhibition)’ will host a business match meeting between domestic and foreign buyers including big dealers and food and beverage companies such as E-Mart, Lotte Mart, GS25, Shinsegae Food and CJ Freshway. It will also host events such as HACCP KOREA for the food industry and other various programs such as ‘2018 KOREA FOOD TECH CONFERENCE’ and ‘Seoul Cold Chain Forum’ which can give a glimpse of the future of the food industry.
